He shouts the headlines of the current hot news like 'Bomb blasts in Bombay or 'Earthquake kills thousands in Maharashtra', and what not. They are all newspaper seller boys - a common appearance.

A newspaper boy visits us daily in the morning. His work is to deliver dailies like 'Sakai, Kesari, Loksatta, Samna, Indian Express, Times of India, Sandhyananda' etc. from door to door to the readers. For that he starts early in the morning around five.

He goes to the distributor of newspapers and gets his stock from him. Flo then arranges them suitably and starts for their distribution. When ho completes it he returns to the distributor and clears his accounts Then he becomes free till the evening.- In the meantime ho goes to school or college or may do some other work to earn his bread and butter.

In the evening again he is out to sell the evening dailies like 'Sandhya' or 'Sandhyananda' Its hard to work as a newspaper boy. He has to run here and there and yell out loudly till he is hoarse. But its only his economic need which forges him to take up this job. Still he is always cheerful Ho does his duty regularly. That's why we get a newspaper at our home daily.
